The actors and crew who brought to reality the idea of the writer and co-director Hadassah Northe, were all volunteers for two years on a ship called Logos Hope. A vessel with people from all around the world and travelling all around the world.

After studying audiovisual and multimedia, my job as a documentary producer brought me to India, Madagascar or even Nepal. However, The Calling was my first experience directing a fiction, helping make Hadassah's vision a reality.
I have rarely experienced such a close team work during the whole journey. And I would say that our common passion to see lives transformed through the message of the Bible is very probably the main reason for it.

When Hadassah told me about her
project, I was really excited and it has been a privilege to be part of it and seeing how God provided everything, bit by bit. He put everything in place!

I studied telecom engineering between France and Singapore, and I have been passionate about graphical art for many years. I especially love photography and audiovisual, because they convey a message that often words cannot express.
I joined The Calling in the middle of the project as photographer on the shooting set. Later on, I worked on the design of the DVD. It was fulfilling to work in a multicultural team to bring this project to life. In return, I pray that The Calling will be relevant for many people, those who can identify with the main character as much as those who find themselves in the swamp.
